Measles cases are on the rise in the United States. According to a San Jose Mercury News article, Twenty-two states have reported nearly 700 measles cases.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the CAPSES Spring Conference scheduled for April 1, 2019, in Pasadena, CA has been canceled.

The CAPSES Event Committee is pleased to announce an expanded presentation schedule for the 2019 Administrator Training Day and Legislative Day.

Every person, firm, association, partnership, or corporation located in California that provides full time day school for students that are ages six through eighteen and offer instruction "… in the several branches of study required to be taught in the public schools of the state" are required to file a Private School Affidavit between October 1st and October 15th.
