- $300.00 Annual Fee
- $44.84 per student up to 125
- $9.62 per student over 125 students.

Nonpublic Agency
|
A nonpublic agency with certification from the California Department of Education which provides related services to individuals with disabilities under contract with LEA or NPS programs.
Membership fees are based on program capacity. Optional member benefits are also available at additional costs.

- 1-5 pupils $312.12
- 6-10 pupils $520.02
- 11-25 pupils $1,040.40
- 25-75 pupils $1560.60
- Over 75 pupils $2,080.08

Nonpubic School Organizations with Nonpublic Agencies
|
A Private School Organization that also has a nonpublic agency with certification from the California Department of Education. Dues are based on the Private School Affidavit student count and nonpublic agency program capacity.

Affiliates
|
Individuals or businesses concerned with the welfare and needs of individuals with disabilities and/or an organization that provides services to such individuals. There are several sub-categories for Affiliate Members: Preferred Partner Member, Vendor Member, Individual Member and Student Member.

Preferred Partners
|
- The CAPSES Preferred Partnership Program enlists the support of Affiliate members to provide valuable services and resources to CAPSES members. Preferred Members are vetted by the CAPSES Board of Directors. Participation in the program is exclusive and only offered to a select group of providers of products and services for Special Education NonPublic Schools and Agencies. Companies are chosen because of their strong commitment to CAPSES and Special Education.
- CAPSES Preferred Partners Program contributes funds to CAPSES in support of our mission and goals. Partners receive a variety of marketing tools and exclusive opportunities to reach and influence customers and prospects.
- Must be in Vendor Status for two years before vetting by the Board.
Rate: Fees vary and are arranged under a Memorandum of Understanding. See “Affiliate Preferred and Vendor Tiered Benefit Schedule” for list of benefits.

Vendor
|
Available to organizations and professionals that provide products and services to CAPSES members and who support the mission of CAPSES. Organizations or professionals who are eligible for NonPublic School or Agency status are not eligible for Affiliate-Vendor Status. Vendor status does not imply endorsement, or a Preferred Partnership, by CAPSES.
Base Rate: $500

An individual concerned with the welfare and needs of individuals with disabilities. Dues are a flat rate. Individuals or professionals who are eligible for Nonpublic School/Agency, Preferred Partner or Vendor status are not eligible for Individual membership.
Rate: $200

Student
|
A teacher or student who is currently enrolled as a student at a university. Dues are a flat rate. Individuals or professionals who are eligible for Nonpublic School/Agency, Preferred Partner or Vendor or Individual member status are not eligible for Student membership.
Rate: $25.00
