Former California Senator and Assemblyman and 2018 San Francisco Mayoral Candidate Mark Leno was the guest speaker at the CAPSES Board of Director's meeting held on December 7, 2017, in San Francisco, California.   Mr. Leno shared stories and experiences while serving in a political capacity and provided suggestions to the CAPSES board on creating partnerships while working on critical legislative issues impacting special education.
