On Thursday,  May 19th,  the Los Angeles area CAPSES members are invited to attend a joint meeting to be held at Junior Blind of America. This meeting is recommended for any CAPSES member school or agency that contracts with LAUSD, or going through the GLAAS rate negotiations process.  Junior Blind of America is located at 5300 Angeles Vista Blvd. in Los Angeles California.  The meeting begins at 10:30 a.m.
