Since December 2012, Susan Lane has served CAPSES as the Executive Director. This October, Susan is leaving CAPSES to pursue another position and to focus more time finishing her degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Over the last eight years, Susan has helped CAPSES transform our operations to a data-driven intranet-based interactive platform. She has contributed to the increased growth and improved communication in our community. 
 
Susan's last day is October 10th, 2019. She has spent the past several weeks working to ensure a smooth transition and remains committed to that goal until then.  The CAPSES Board of Directors will be in a search process for the next leader of our organization. We will keep our membership informed of our progress in this search.
