Each May, Capitol Advisors, LLC holds no-cost workshops across the state that explores the implications, both fiscally and politically, of the proposed changes to the Governor's January budget proposal.  The workshops are entitled the "Budget Perspectives Workshop, 2016-17 May Revisions",  and covers topics such as LCFF implementation funding, one-time funding, early learning expansion efforts, teacher shortage, CTE, Prop 30 extensions, and other critical issues.
