Background
Ray Richard is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Valley High School and Learning Center. Valley High School and Learning Center located in the Greater Los Angeles Area was founded in 1987 and currently operates two nonpublic schools, Dubnoff School and Hawthorne Academy. Ray has been CAPSES board member since 2001. He served as President from 2007 to 2009 and is the Co-Region Representative for the Los Angeles Area. Ray’s leadership skills have been instrumental in leading his region in negotiating master contracts with LAUSD and the Greater Los Angeles Area SELPAS (GLAAS).
