About Fred Finch Learning Center - San Diego
Fred Finch Learning Center – San Diego is a program of Fred Finch Youth Center. The NPS serves dually diagnosed adolescents ages 12-22. Most students carry both a psychiatric diagnosis and have a primary disability of mild/moderate intellectual disability. The special education curriculum is based on the California State Content Standards and Common Core State Standards as well as the requirements of the school origin. Students receive individual and group instruction based on academic functioning and designated IEP goals.
