Technical Assistance

The CAPSES Executive Office staff, Board Members and Consultants are available by phone or email, as well as through region meetings to assist CAPSES Member Nonpublic Schools and Agencies with understanding current federal and state budgets, laws, regulations, and public policies. Members of our Governmental Affairs Committee have specialized knowledge regarding Special Education and Related Services.  Articles (and source documents) regarding the impact of proposed legislation, regulations, and public policy are a regular feature of our Newsletter, sent to Member Schools and Agencies.
